Android Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an Android Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to help us build high-quality mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android apps that deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin or Java.
• Work with product and design teams to understand user requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Fix bugs and improve app performance.
• Ensure the app works well on different Android devices and versions.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends and tools.
• Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams.
• Publish apps to the Google Play Store and manage updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, and Android Studio.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries (e.g., Retrofit, Glide).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Material Design and mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
