Analyst - Logistics

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Analyst – Logistics in Pune, India.

The Analyst - Logistics should quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, should have excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like:

• Procure ad hoc rates to support solution requirements - air / ocean / express
• Managing the rate validity & variable rates
• Manage and maintain the transportation analysis and decision support systems
• Transportation Rate Benchmarks
• Monthly Site Metrics and Logistics Savings Plans Reporting
• Develop rate databases
• Maintain Global Transportation Rates with suppliers
• Contract Management

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - B.Com / B.B.A / B.Sc / Diploma
• Experience: 0 – 3 years
• Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF).
• Excellent communication skills MANDATORY
