Analyst, Customer Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics and performance indicators
• Build and maintain business intelligence platforms for internal data access and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention initiatives through data-driven insights
• Write programming code or collaborate with developers and database administrators to prepare clean and structured data tables
• Analyze, model, and validate data for recurring and ad hoc analytical requests
• Design and execute measurement plans using Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies
• Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analytics role
• Proficient in querying databases using SQL
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to translate complex data into business insights

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with data visualization tools, especially Power BI
• Experience in Python for data analysis or automation
• Exposure to:
• Text analytics
• Amplitude or Omniture datasets
• Call center analytics
• Geo-location analytics
