High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support data analysis, visualization, and presentation building.
Experience in generating and presenting HR data insights to diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to interpret and synthesize multiple data sources, to translate into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Workday, especially using dashboards and reporting.
Exposure to automation tools or AI applications within HR, such as those used to enhance reporting or streamline workflows.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
