Trend Analysis

Conceptualization and ideation of new product variants and product range in alignment with the brand's vision.
Identify opportunities to improve existing products in terms of cost, flavor, functionality, positioning, etc.
Lead and execute strategic products for the company on the product/manufacturing front.
Work alongside different functions (revenue, marketing, operations, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely launch of new products.
Collaborate with a team of R&D formulators to give direction on developing new products and ensure the product quality is top-notch.
Develop new vendors/suppliers for high-quality/innovative ingredients for NPD.
Analyze customer feedback through surveys, product reviews and factor these inputs in NPD.
Required Skills & Competencies
MBA/Masters with approximately 3+ years of total experience in new product development of Non Food Category.
Good communication skills with Proficiency in MS Office. (MS Excel is a must)
Willingness to travel
Adaptability to fast pace & dynamic retail sector
