Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Invoice to Cash
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to deductions and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
.Relevant experience of Order to Cash processes and insurance industry
.Manage End To End Order to Cash processes and business acumen
.Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks
.Good Knowledge of SAP
.Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
.Creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
.Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement
.Team daily work-allocation/ reporting
.Team daily day-end status reporting to all stakeholders
.Investigate and resolve client disputes.
.Maintain Aged Trial Balance and Collection Queue.
.Work with divisional finance staff to address client billings and questions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
.Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
.Related experience and/or training
.Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
.Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and written Communication, Problem solving, etc.)
.Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
