Alumni Officer

• He/she must get involved in all initiatives that help build strong relations with Unnati alumni. Such initiatives must result in references coming in for future training batches. To also interact with current aspirants for references.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating with an alumni community of the Kotak Unnati intervention
• Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies.
• Build networking opportunities and sustain alumni relationships to strengthen the existing networks.
• Develops, sustains, and strengthens alumni chapters/connects which focus is on establishing and maintaining connections
• Operating an alumni newsletter
• Promoting the alumni community for coming to center (s).
• Maintain the database of Alumni calling with details.
