Job Description
• Manage Altiris Deployment Server and associated tools such as PC Transplant and Local Recovery Pro.
• Handle end-user incidents, work orders, and service requests efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows XP Professional, Windows 7 Enterprise, and Windows Server 2003/2008.
• Support MS SQL 2000/2005 database operations and deployments.
• Create and maintain software packages using InstallShield Studio and Wise Package Studio.
• Ensure tasks are executed correctly the first time by following defined processes and communicating effectively.
• Continuously improve skills and implement best practices for system monitoring and deployment.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting system events and escalations through monitoring tools.
