Job Description

  • Perform day-to-day ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) administrative tasks , including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Handle UFT (Unified Functional Testing) Administration , including installation, configuration, license management, and integration support.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth functioning of ALM and UFT platforms.
  • Monitor server health and performance, ensuring high availability and performance of the tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments.
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on ALM and UFT best practices and usage.

Required Skills :

  • Mandatory :
  • Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities (HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches).
  • Experience in UFT Administration , including license management and integration with ALM.
  • Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
