Job Description

Responsibilities:

Menu Planning & Recipe Development

  • Study and research recipes to create and set up innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences. Ensure menus are balanced, seasonal, and appealing.

High-Quality Food Preparation

  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation standards.

Team Leadership & Task Delegation

  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Train and mentor team members to maintain high culinary standards.

Cuisine Expertise

  • Demonstrate expertise in Indian cuisine and multiple international cuisines including Punjabi, Malvani, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican. Ensure authenticity and quality in all dishes.

Kitchen Operations & Coordination

  • Manage kitchen workflow, monitor food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction

  • Conduct regular quality checks on taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve culinary offerings.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

  • Stay updated with culinary trends, experiment with new techniques and ingredients, and incorporate innovative ideas into menus and kitchen practices.
