Export Documentation

Request bookings with airlines, ensure bookings are made at current and accurate rates, consolidate and route shipments.
Commutations , suppliers/ shippers at origin to destination location regarding the cargo trace & track/special handling/delivery processes and documentation.
Monitor and maintain shipments until completion keep customers appraised to the export details of transactions in accordance with office export operation procedure.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation review and verify documentation.
Verifying partner invoice and processing vendor payments
End to end coodiation for shipment from client and partner for pick up to clearance till shipment departure. Ocean Transaction
