AI/ML Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generative AI Implementation: Develop and implement generative AI models, optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Prompt Engineering & NLP: Lead design and development of prompt engineering strategies to enhance AI model capabilities. Utilize cutting-edge NLP techniques for conversational AI, speech, and voice applications.
• Research & Innovation: Conduct research on generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning advancements to integrate new techniques into products and services.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality, handle various data formats and sources, and implement effective data pipelines for AI solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, test hypotheses, and communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Develop technical specifications, user guides, and presentations. Contribute to AI development best practices and standards within the organization.
• Cloud & Deployment: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment, production pipelines, and solution integration.
