AI/ML Computational Science Assoc Mgr

We are seeking a professional capable of handling moderately complex problems through analytical thinking and solution creation. This role involves adapting existing methods where necessary and contributing to the strategic direction of the team. The individual should be comfortable interacting with internal teams and client stakeholders and capable of delivering independently with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems using structured and logical approaches
• Create new solutions while leveraging or adapting existing methods and best practices
• Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management
• Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads for task alignment
• Collaborate with peers and management both internally and at the client side
• Work independently with minimal guidance on new tasks or assignments
• Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally other teams
• Manage medium to small-sized teams or workstreams (if in an individual contributor role)
