AI/ML Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions using machine learning, deep learning and generative AI techniques.
• Develop LLM-based applications including chatbots, AI agents and automated workflow systems.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Build NLP and OCR pipelines to extract structured information from emails, documents, and conversational data.
• Architect scalable AI workflows and automation pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Develop APIs and data pipelines to integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring and performance optimization.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and technologies to improve system capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to convert business workflows into AI-driven automation.
• Support pilot implementations, technical demonstrations and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices.
