Job Description
Key Accountabilities
1. AI Academy Development & Strategy
- Lead the redesign, expansion, and governance of the AI Academy as NTT DATA Inc.'s primary capability development platform.
- Develop strategy, operating model, team structure, and end-to-end learning portfolio.
- Integrate the existing AI Academy (currently outside L&D) into unified governance.
- Ensure scale, role relevancy, and measurable business impact.
2. AI Transformation for Talent COE
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Learning Tech & Partnerships and Talent COE leaders.
- Integrate AI into HR and talent processes (recruitment, performance, mobility, learning).
- Support ethical frameworks, governance, and guardrails for AI usage across talent products.
3. AI@Work Redesign & Capability Pilots
- Lead workforce redesign efforts clarifying task distribution between AI and humans.
- Partner with AI Office, aXet, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Launch capability pilots that build AI readiness, digital ethics, and future-of-work skillsets.
4. Career Architecture Alignment
- Work with the Global Head of Career Architecture to embed AI skills and future-of-work expectations into the enterprise career framework.
5. Executive Talent Partnership
- Partner with the Global Head of Executive Talent and Head of Leadership Development.
- Integrate AI fluency and future-of-work leadership capabilities into senior leadership pathways.
6. Innovation Leadership
- Reimagine how L&D integrates AI into capability building.
- Lead experimentation, design thinking, and innovative approaches to talent transformation.
7. Coalition Building & Thought Leadership
- Build strong partnerships with AI Office, aXet, and business transformation leaders.
- Represent L&D in AI governance forums.
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally.
