AI Trainer: Java

Key Responsibilities:

Write clean, efficient Java code for AI model training and evaluation

Debug and resolve issues in Java-based AI content or logic

Evaluate and review AI-generated Java outputs for correctness and clarity

Train and fine-tune LLMs using RLHF techniques

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in Java development, teaching, or related fields

Strong understanding of core Java concepts like OOP, exception handling, file I/O, and collections

Familiarity with Java frameworks and best practices

Ability to critically assess and improve AI-generated Java code
