AI Trainer: Biology

Key Responsibilities:

Create, review, and refine Biology questions, explanations, and structured answers

Analyze AI-generated Biology content for scientific accuracy and clarity

Identify and fix factual or conceptual errors in AI responses

Collaborate in training and fine-tuning LLMs through RLHF techniques

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in Biology-related domains (Teaching, Research, Content Development, etc

)

Strong subject knowledge in Botany, Zoology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Ecology, etc

Ability to critique and improve AI-generated Biology content

Experience with academic or exam-prep content is a plus
