 Responsibilities:

AI-Integrated SDLC Enablement

• Develop and institutionalize AI-first SDLC processes.
• Create reusable accelerators such as prompt patterns, AI test automation, and architecture templates.
• Define end-to-end lifecycle for experimentation, deployment, and governance.
• Drive adoption of methods, tools, and processes for AI SDLC within the department.
• Conduct technology analysis and AI tool evaluations.
• Lead successful enablement programs, workshops, and AI community initiatives.

Cross-Functional Influence

• Serve as an AI evangelist across Enterprise IT.
• Collaborate with architects, dev leads, agile coaches, and product teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Ensure alignment with Mercedes-Benz global AI strategy and guardrails.

Hands-On AI Enablement

• Support teams with rapid AI prototyping, code-generation tools, automation, and use-case validation.
• Provide guidance on model selection, prompt engineering, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Run proof-of-concepts, assessments, and adoption readiness reviews.

Training & Culture Building

• Conduct workshops, labs, and AI coaching sessions for engineers and managers.
• Lead internal AI communities of practice, promote innovation through showcases, hackathons, and central initiatives.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and report KPIs such as productivity gains, adoption rates, and automation impact, aligned with THRIVE framework.
