AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a visionary AI Research and Innovation Lead to drive cutting-edge advancements in AI across multiple domains. This role involves developing production-ready AI solutions, applying GenAI models, and contributing to research in areas such as Computer Vision, NLP, Speech, and Multimodal AI. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, experienced in building scalable AI systems, and eager to make a real-world impact through applied research.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop applications and systems utilizing AI tools and Cloud AI services
• Design and implement production-grade pipelines for both cloud and on-premise deployments
• Apply GenAI models to solve real-world business challenges
• Innovate in key AI domains including Speech and Audio, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Multimodal AI
• Explore and contribute to emerging AI areas like Agentic AI and autonomous goal-driven intelligent systems
• Lead the development of novel algorithms and enhancement of existing models
• Collaborate with Responsible AI teams, delivery leads, and academic institutions
• Drive real-world applications such as digital assistants, healthcare agents, and enterprise automation solutions
• Lead research initiatives and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers to build future AI talent

Educational Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Must be from reputed institutions such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, or ISI
