Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in LLM-based and Agentic AI systems. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, focusing on building intelligent AI systems that go far beyond traditional chatbot implementations.

You will design and deliver multi-agent AI systems, integrate LLMs with external tools and data sources, and ensure production-grade scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications using prebuilt generative models
• Architect and implement multi-agent and single-agent AI systems with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool usage
• Define agent frameworks using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or custom stacks
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external systems for complex task execution
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
• Develop robust logic to enhance model efficiency and output quality
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and APIs
• Mentor junior developers and drive AI best practices
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in AI/ML development with applied use of prebuilt models
• Strong experience building LLM-based applications beyond chatbots
• Proven expertise in Agentic AI systems
• Deep understanding of:
• Planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory, and reflection in agents
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with:
• LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Experience implementing:
• ReAct, tool-calling agents, hierarchical planning, reflection loops
• Experience building systems integrating:
• LLMs + APIs + databases + external tools
• Strong experience in:
• Memory systems (vector DBs, structured state, logs)
• Familiarity with:
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Ragas
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production
• Strong system design, debugging, and architecture skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership capability

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on with:
• Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to NLP and Computer Vision applications
• Contributions to AI/ML research or publications
