Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX
- Build and optimize voice bots and chatbots for customer-facing and internal enterprise use cases
- Develop, manage, and enhance GenAI playbooks for dynamic and context-aware conversations
- Integrate AI application datastores for intelligent knowledge retrieval and response orchestration
- Implement conversational flows aligned with best practices in NLU tuning and prompt engineering
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable AI applications
- Optimize conversation accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance user experience
- Monitor bot performance, analyze conversation logs, and continuously improve system effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to conversational design standards and enterprise AI architecture guidelines
