Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX
- Create and optimize chatbots and voice bots for customer-facing and internal applications
- Develop and manage GenAI playbooks for context-aware and dynamic conversations
- Integrate AI application datastores for knowledge retrieval and response generation
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Optimize conversation flows for accuracy, latency, and overall user experience
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve bot performance
- Ensure best practices in conversational design, NLU tuning, and prompt engineering
