Ai Engineer

Key Responsibilities

AI / Chatbot Development

• Develop and deploy AI / Chatbot solutions using IBM Watson products including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, Watson Studio, and Watsonx.ai.
• Research and implement appropriate Watson AI algorithms and tools to meet business requirements.
• Design solutions for new requirements and develop machine learning applications accordingly.
• Work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Project Delivery & Customer Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers for AI / Conversational use cases.
• Ensure smooth delivery of assigned projects across multiple time zones.
• Participate in product installation, configurations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, including third-party integrations and security.
• Mentor and guide team members on AI/ML development practices and project engagements.

DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy AI/ML solutions on Linux environments (RHEL, CoreOS, Ubuntu) and troubleshoot related issues.
• Utilize tools such as Shell scripting, Python, Java, Ansible, Git, Eclipse, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement ETL pipelines and work with monitoring and DevOps practices for AI/ML solutions.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Proactively learn and adopt new skills and tools independently to enhance solution delivery.
