AI & Agentic Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Agentive Developer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at WITS Innovation Labs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing artificial intelligence and agentive systems.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and agentive systems to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
