Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint distributors and sub-dealers within the assigned territory.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations across 4 to 5 districts.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in the assigned territory to drive product awareness and sales.
- Conduct daily farmer meetings and generate 6–8 qualified leads per day.
- Handle billing and ensure timely payment collection from distributors and channel partners.
- Visit distributors as per the defined route plan and carry out regular fieldwork activities.
- Motivate and guide distributor resources to generate enquiries and improve sales performance.
