Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint distributors and sub-dealers within the assigned territory.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations across 4 to 5 districts.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in the assigned territory to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Conduct daily farmer meetings and generate 6–8 qualified leads per day.
  • Handle billing and ensure timely payment collection from distributors and channel partners.
  • Visit distributors as per the defined route plan and carry out regular fieldwork activities.
  • Motivate and guide distributor resources to generate enquiries and improve sales performance.
