Job Description
Tendering & Quantity Estimation
• Handle tendering processes and site surveys.
• Estimate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Prepare Letters of Submission (LOS) in coordination with QS Manager.
Design & Drawing Monitoring
• Monitor and follow up on design and drawing submissions for ongoing projects.
• Review site visits and ensure designs align with project requirements.
• Coordinate with site in-charge to address technical site issues.
Technical Correspondence & Coordination
• Manage technical correspondence between Head Office, IE/AE, and departments.
• Ensure correspondence is up-to-date for perusal by CMD.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors as needed.
Project Progress & Billing Support
• Follow up with site in-charge to track project progress.
• Support client billing, subcontractor billing, and internal reporting.
• Ensure accurate documentation for National Highway, road, and flyover projects.
Core Competencies
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Competency in civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical problem-solving.
• Knowledge of infrastructure project execution and billing processes.
