• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and performance metrics
• Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and operational excellence

Process Improvement & Quality

• Identify opportunities for Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements
• Implement quality assurance measures and compliance with industry standards
• Optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output quality

Team Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, operators, and plant staff
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives

Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely availability of raw materials
• Ensure efficient inventory management and cost control

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory standards
