AGM / DGM / GM Sales

•Lead and manage a sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance for each team member

•Conduct daily meetings, monitor call activity, customer visits, and site visits of the team

•Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

•Assist in sales closing and provide support to team members as needed

•Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to drive sales

•Follow-up daily on sales closures and treat every day with month-end urgency

•Prepare and submit daily sales reports, along with quarterly and monthly action plans

•Conduct BTL activities to generate leads and enhance visibility

•Manage projects related to plots and high-end villas

•Experience in Insurance, Telecom, or Time Share sales is a strong advantage
