Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies, processes, and procedures for improved productivity.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of business development and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements as required.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams and provide guidance to departmental leads for goal alignment.
  • Identify operational risks or inefficiencies and propose solutions to mitigate or improve them.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager or senior leadership.
