Agile Delivery Lead + SFDC Development

Must Have Skills:

• Salesforce Development background.
• Worked as Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Experience:

• 7+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead with experience leading large scale, enterprise product programs.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle, applying knowledge in dynamic environments using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Coach team members and remove roadblocks.
• Teach Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with highly integrated cross-functional teams.
• Influence, empower, and align stakeholders across various job functions.
• Establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical, and non-technical team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project progress.
• Tools & Proficiency:
• Jira/ Confluence.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Communication & Leadership:
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Certification:
• Certified Agile Scrum Master.
