Agile Coach – Contractual

• Hands-on leadership in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments

• Launch and manage Agile Release Trains end-to-end

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and ART events

• Coach teams and leadership on Agile adoption and continuous improvement

• Measure and report Agile flow metrics, OKRs, and value delivery outcomes

• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders on digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives

• Provide conflict resolution, mentoring, and training for Agile roles
