Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Project Support: Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems and help develop tailored solutions.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Analysis: Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses under close supervision to identify client issues and develop specific solutions.
  • Presentation Design: Aid in designing and structuring presentations suited to the audiences needs.
  • Professional Development: Proactively develop a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through active engagement in consulting projects and learning opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals, who will oversee your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree (Required)
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Skills:
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across organizations to achieve team goals.
  • Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the influence of external/internal factors on decision-making, growth, and decline.
  • Familiarity with consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
  • Awareness of industry events, developments, and major competitors.
  • Knowledge of the marketplace, professional/trade associations, key figures, and companies.
  • Effective time management skills.
