This pivotal role is responsible for recruiting and developing a team of business mentors, enabling them to achieve sales targets, and fostering overall business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit Business Mentors and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to accomplish desired targets. This includes the ability to Hire Partners & Advisors.
- Target Achievement & Growth: Drive the team towards achieving ambitious business targets. Possess a clear vision to grow in career and contribute to the growth of the agency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs to ensure the team effectively meets client requirements.
- Local Market Expertise: Leverage good local market experience to identify opportunities, navigate market dynamics, and build a strong network.
- Business Generation: In addition to team leadership, be able to generate business individually, leading by example and contributing directly to revenue.
