Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics/Structural engineering and 12+ years of experience in stress analysis in Services related to Fleet Support
- Static strength, durability/fatigue and damage tolerance, Classical hand calculations and, finite element method
- Engineering dispositions covering repair and stress analysis (both metallic and composite) for airframe structures
- FEM software (e.g., ABAQUS, PATRAN/NASTRAN, Hyperworks),Exposure to computer programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic), Experience in utilizing industry CAD systems (e.g., CATIA/ENOVIA).
- SRM ATA Chapters 51 (Standard Practices and Structures – General), 53 (Fuselage), 55 (Stabilizers) and 57 (Wings).
- Prior working experience with Boeing standards and tools in analysis domain is preferable
- Generate documentation to report analysis and test results to support certification/Qualification.
