Job Description:

AEM Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with strong Java expertise.
Java Programming: Develop servlets, OSGi/FELIX components, and web services; create and consume APIs for backend integration.
Content Repository Management: Work with Java Content Repository (JCR/CRX) and Apache Sling for content management and delivery.
Build & Deployment: Utilize Maven for build management and ensure code quality through JUnit testing, code reviews, and adherence to standards.
Adaptive Forms Development: Develop Adaptive Forms, including Form Data Models and integration with backend systems.
Performance Optimization: Enhance form performance using techniques such as lazy loading and logical structuring of form artifacts using fragments.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members on technology solutions, best practices, and coding standards.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize backend processes.
Communication: Maintain high proficiency in communication to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
