Advanced Technician – Production Operations

• Operate and manage unit operations of dispensing and packaging instruments, including label printing, tube treatment, and packaging processes.

• Ensure First Pass Yield (FPY) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are met according to the production schedule.

• Escalate downtime or operational issues to supervisors promptly and support urgent countermeasures at Gemba.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, cGMP, and GDP standards.

• Track and take ownership of personal and team packaging KPIs to achieve daily production targets.

• Communicate effectively with associates to keep them updated on production status and ensure smooth operations.
