ADP Technical/Kronos Dimensions Technical

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete implementation lifecycle of Workforce Manager (Kronos Dimensions) — from project planning to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective workforce management solutions.
• Analyze existing workforce management workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
• Configure and customize Kronos Dimensions modules for time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
• Work with IT and related teams to ensure successful system integration with other enterprise applications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support implementation and ongoing system use.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in workforce management systems, recommending relevant enhancements.
• Possess strong knowledge of ADP, supporting future migration initiatives from Kronos to ADP.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading full-cycle implementations of Workforce Manager (Kronos Dimensions) or similar workforce management systems.
• Deep understanding of workforce management processes including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in system configuration and customization of Kronos modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process improvement mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop training materials, documentation, and deliver user support for successful adoption.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Knowledge of ADP workforce management solutions is highly desirable.
