Adobe Target Developer

• 7+ years professional experience, with 3+ years on Adobe Target
• Work with marketing and business partners
• Deep experience with troubleshooting skils in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong experience in all the types of activities A/B test, Automated Personalization, Experience Targeting, Multivariate Testing, Recommendations.
• Good understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (Target AEM, Target - AAM, Target - Analytics, etc ).
• Proficient in Tag Management Solutions preferably Adobe Launch.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Work with marketing team and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new projects/enhancements.
• Hands on experience in Adobe Launch implementation, integration and reporting (Adobe Analytics is preferred) for Desktop and Mobile Applications
• Strong knowledge of Web SDK and App measurement
• Strong Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is mandatory
• Strong analytical capabilities for web sites.
• Global report Suits Management is must
• Handling of various variables of Adobe Anaalytics is must and thorugh experience is using them
• Experience in other Adobe products like AEM Forms, Campaign, GTM, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer, Livefyre and Sensei
• Exposure to other digital marketing technologies
• Desirable awareness of Adobe products Adobe Target, AEM, Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer
