Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing or customer journey optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
