Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites- Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Develop and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

- Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Java programming and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of web content management systems and digital asset management.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Good understanding of software development best practices.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services like AWS or Azure.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

- A minimum of 15 years of continuous education is required.
