DevOps with Net experience
Understand build configuration and process
Be able to configure maven build
Be able to understand Sonar build fail
Understand Java code to identify when test or package fail in the build process
Managing AEM builds is one of the areas but more broadly we are looking to long term grow our SRE expertise with AEM While this role would not involve active development expectation is that they truly understand how web pages are setup in AEM and can selfserve on IcMs to identify a publishing vs dev issue remediate the issue within defined SLAs using possible workarounds and engage dev team only if there is a hot fix needed

Expectations

They would need to have AEM instance running locally to be able to triage issues by traversing through logs monitoring
As new features get developed dev would do a KT hand off on high level functionality setup so they can selfserve and triage once the functionality is launched in prod

Skillset requirements

Sr java dev skillset with certification and or experience working on AEM implementations specifically having a good understanding of AEM templates components content fragments experience fragments JCR node structure
They should have strong knowledge and experience triaging performance and caching issues on AEM systems this involves ability to trace a request from it being routed from the browser to Akamai CDN to AEM dispatcher to AEM publisher to render a page experience'
