ADO Project Manager

Project Management

• • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
• • Allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize utilization.
• • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues promptly.

Azure DevOps (ADO) Management

• • Oversee overall system maintenance and ensure data integrity within ADO.
• • Review ADO Change Requests for PMO approval and complete all necessary checks.
• • Support PMO team in applying approved changes in ADO.
• • Ensure project teams update tasks, backlogs, and work items regularly.
• • Monitor team activities and provide follow-ups to maintain accurate task management.

Documentation / Deliverables Management

• • Manage documentation in SharePoint, ensuring compliance with naming standards and document attributes.

Vendor Management Support

• • Assist with processing Requests for Services (RFS) and manage approvals.
• • Coordinate onboarding of team members, ensuring completion of required steps, accesses, and documentation.
• • Provide support for issue resolution related to team onboarding and vendor processes.
