Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone, email, Social Media, WhatsApp and in-person visits.
  • Provide detailed information about our academy, programs, teaching methodologies, and enrollment procedures.
  • Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments and interviews.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Participate in promotional events and open houses to attract new students.
  • Prepare regular reports on admission metrics and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Residing within a 15 km radius of Mulund West.

  • Tech-savvy proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other communication tools to maintain data, manage leads, and track metrics
  • Tech-enabled marketing & outreach: Ability to craft and execute targeted outreach campaignsvia email, social media, or eventsto generate quality leads.
  • Cultural awareness & empathy: Sensitive to diverse backgrounds and learning styles; capable of tailoring communication to individual needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a friendly and confident approach.
  • High emotional intelligence ability to listen, empathize, and handle objections.
