Admission Officer / BDE - Vapi

Key Responsibilities (Admission Officer):

• Generate admissions through continuous data collection using ATL & BTL marketing strategies (e.g., school seminars, open-town events)
• Visit schools to meet principals, coordinators, and decision-makers for business development
• Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, aiming to close admissions and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Build partnerships with local tuition teachers to create business opportunities
• Follow internal processes and compliance protocols consistently

Requirements for Success:

• Strong ability to manage customers with patience, empathy, and persuasive selling skills
• Excellent networking and public speaking skills to conduct seminars and meetings
• Email writing proficiency and comfort with sales and service software
• Fluency in both English and regional language
• Willingness to travel frequently and engage in public presentations
