Admission Officer

• Generate admissions through ATL and BTL marketing activities like school seminars, open seminars, and events at residential locations
• Conduct school visits to meet principals, coordinators, and management for business development and lead generation
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through home visits, counselling students and parents, and closing admissions
• Liaise with local tuition teachers to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and compliance policies

• Ability to engage with customers empathetically and patiently
• Strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills
• Effective networking and seminar presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and sales-related software
• Fluent in English and regional language
• Comfortable with traveling and public speaking for field activities
