Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Drive admissions through ATL (Above-The-Line) & BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, and residential campaigns within assigned territories.
- Institutional Outreach:
- Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote AESL programs and drive business development.
- Home Counselling:
- Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment.
- Local Networking:
- Build relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to create referral opportunities.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards.
Requirements for Success
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
- Excellent networking, public speaking, and seminar delivery skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM/Sales-related software.
- Fluent in English and the regional language.
- Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking events.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

- Proven track record in B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales in any industry
