Admission Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate admissions through continuous lead generation using ATL & BTL marketing activities (e.g., school seminars, open-town events)
• Meet admission targets by visiting schools and engaging with principals, coordinators, and management
• Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, ensuring a pleasant customer experience and closing admissions
• Build partnerships with local tuition teachers to explore and capitalize on business opportunities
• Follow internal processes and ensure full compliance with organizational guidelines

Requirements for Success:

• Strong customer handling, empathy, patience, and persuasive sales abilities
• Excellent networking and public speaking skills for conducting seminars
• Proficient in email writing and sales/service-related software usage
• Fluent in both English and regional languages
• Willingness to travel and speak publicly as part of the role
