Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm Greeting and Inquiry Handling: Welcome parents and students, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional assistance.
  • Information Management: Develop and maintain FAQs; ensure accurate and updated program, facility, and fee structure information.
  • Program Familiarization: Gain in-depth knowledge of institute offerings (programs, curriculum, faculty, hostel facilities) and explain clearly to prospective students.
  • Advocacy and Communication: Highlight the institute's unique strengths including success rates, coaching style, infrastructure, and student support.
  • Financial Assistance and Fee Structure: Explain fee structure, scholarships, and financial aid; assist with paperwork and provide transparent information.
  • Payment Handling: Collect payments, guide parents/guardians through payment processes, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Financial Aid Processing: Review aid applications, verify eligibility, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain sponsorship communication and records.
