Job Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
- Maintain records, files, and documents (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for office supplies and services.
- Maintain vendor database and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
