Job Description

  • Regulatory Compliance & Change Management: Ensure processes follow global HR policies and local labor laws across regions including Brazil.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Employee Support Desk: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers through email and ticketing platforms, providing HR process support.
  • HR Transactions: Execute and maintain employee data updates—hires, job changes, and terminations—within HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, and iCIMS.
  • Data Accuracy & Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring alignment with statutory and organizational standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with COE, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and external partners to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Audit & Reporting: Support audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external HR reporting requirements.

Role & Responsibilities – Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Structure Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining job grading systems, salary bands, and compensation frameworks.
  • Annual Compensation Cycles: Support merit reviews, incentive payouts, and yearly salary revision processes.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct compensation benchmarking and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive pay positioning.
  • HRIS Data Management: Update and maintain compensation-related information in HRIS platforms with high data accuracy.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage insurance, wellness, retirement benefits, and coordinate with vendors for renewals and compliance.
  • Employee Benefits Support: Handle employee queries related to claims, eligibility, and enrollment.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Assist in designing and communicating organization-wide rewards and recognition programs.

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple branches or regions, preferably in a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, SAP, Darwinbox, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes, standard operating procedures, and statutory requirements (Brazil/India preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts) with strong analytical orientation.
  • Experience with global compensation structures or multinational C&B practices.
  • Familiarity with market survey tools like Mercer, Aon, or Willis Towers Watson.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and tax implications related to salary and benefits.
  • Certifications in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Excel Analytics are an added advantage.
